Shreveport man who was convicted of sexual crimes against child

Shreveport, La. (KSLA) – A man from Shreveport was found to be guilty of a sex crime with a child.

The Caddo Parish public prosecutor announced on Thursday, May 22nd, that Timmy Lee Kepney, 64, was found to be guilty in court to harass a girl under the age of 13.

That says that the harassment took place on January 17, 2022. The girl reporter of the incident to her mother who called the police.

The office that says the girl was interviewed in the Gingerbread House; She was also examined by a nurse for sexual assault and had swabs for DNA tests.

When Kepney was interviewed by the police, he admitted to touching the girl inappropriately, but this contested during his trial, says she says. The jury rejected its rejection.
