A state guideline of the probation committee, which carried out the crime scene and autopsy photo of submission to probation lists, was announced on Thursday after a petition of the district prosecutor of the San Diego district.

The California Office for Administrative Rights, the regulation proposed by state authorities checked and approved changes, made the application of the DA office and decided that the California Board of Parole must stop the directive.

Officials from the History of the Board of Directors did not immediately answer a statement on the decision.

Previously, “graphic” photographs were not permitted, while the prosecutors argued that the photo submissions offered an important context for commissioners of the probation committee.

In the petition of the DA office, some specific murder cases in San Diego County were led, including the death of a police officer from San Diego from 1983 and the killing of a 2-year-old boy from 1983. Both men were refused to probation.

The prosecutors argued that the victim's autopsief photos had helped to determine the representative of the probation committee whether the accused was truthful and whether they had taken on an insight into their crimes during their prison sentence.

In a statement, the district prosecutor of San Diego District, Summer Stephan, described the decision “a great victory for justice, transparency and for every crime victim and every family that deserves to hear their voices, and the full truth of a criminal that is taken into account when decisions on probation. The attempt by the board to delete the tough realities of violence Record – no renovation version of events.
