Barcelonas Jules Kounde will probably miss the semi -finals of the Champions League with injury

Due to a thigh injury without Jules Counds, Barcelona should stand against Inter for the second leg of her semi -final tie from the Champion League.

The 26 -year -old coound was forced in the first leg on Wednesday at half of the half and replaced by Eric Garcia.

Barcelona played with a backline for the entire second half, consisting of four central defenders after the left -back Gerard Martin had been replaced during the break, with Ronald Araujo being in his absence.

Club sources that spoke on the condition of anonymity showed that Counds on May 6th in San Siro are not fit for the second leg in San Siro.

Full -time, Barca head coach Hansi Flick suggested that the defender's injury was a result of the overloaded game plan.

“It's not easy if you play every three days, to train things as you want,” said Flick. “But that's the situation. Kound's injury also goes every three days. But it happens. But the team did his best.”

Barcelona was also without striker Robert Lewandowski and defender Alejandro Balde for the game on Wednesday, with the couple both exported with the respective thigh injuries.

Flick added, he hoped that both players were able to return to the second leg, but said the association said no risks.

“We hope you may have the chance to play in Milan, but we have to wait,” said Flick. “We can't do stupid things in this situation. If the staff says green light, they will play.”

Wednesday ended in a 3: 3 draw when Barcelona recovered from 2-0 and 3: 2 to leave the tie level before the second leg next week.
