Man who was supposedly charged as a student who was charged with crimes

“Labrador-Serra is also said to have submitted false material information to US citizenship and immigration services on his date of birth in connection with applications for temporary protection status and employment authorization documents in 2024 and 2025,” says the press release.

It was also said that he “had no lawful status to buy, own or own a firearm” and that he gave incorrect information about alcohol, tobacco, firearms and explosives (ATF) to buy one, a bull 9mm, a semi -automatic pistol.

He was able to face the time for the following alleged crimes:

  • Possession of a firearm by an alien – up to 15 years
  • During the purchase of a firearm, the wrong explanation – up to 10 years
  • Use false documents – up to five years

Officials say that the examination has not yet been completed and ask that someone with information at 1-800-225-5324 or at fbi.gov/tips.

“A criminal complaint is just an assertion,” says the press release. “The accused is suspected as innocent until he was undoubtedly proven according to a legal court.”
