Incredible former Villa of the NBA legend Kevin Garnett listed for sale

The former NBA legend Kevin Garnett has now seen a former manor house from his villa, listed for sale. While Garnett was in the Boston Celtics, he lived in a massive manor house in Concord, Massachusetts, which is around 11,000 square meters in size.

The house was built in 1992 by a design company, Machado Silvetti, who worked on several art projects across the country. The company worked on projects that contributed to expanding the Getty Villa and the Denver Art Museum.

The property also has a private drive with a different residence and a pond. The property is around 13 hectares in total.

One of the sellers of the property believes that the place of the house in combination with the large room gives the manor house a feeling of peace. Devin Singleton from Gibson Sotheby's International Realty listed the property for almost 6 million US dollars.

“It feels a bit like they are in a snow globe in a sense, because it is surrounded by windows on three sides, so that they are really fully exposed to the outside, the amazing light, nature, the beauty of the pond,” said Singleton in an interview.

As a former manor house in Garnett, some may be wondering how he spent his time on the property. Singleton said that Garnett spent a lot of time in the basement of the house with teammates and watched film to prepare for games.

“You are not the highest blankets, so it is fun to present him every time I go down there,” she said.

Garnett is one of the better power strikers in NBA history and was loved by fans during his game days. The former player is known for his intensity on the square and helped the Celtics to win the NBA title in 2008.

The veteran came to Boston after he had spent several years with the Minnesota Timberwolves and did not get past the final of the Western Conference. But in his first year with the Celtics everything clicked and garnett won his first and only championship.

After playing for the Celtics, Garnett was traded on Brooklyn Nets and spent almost two seasons with the team. Garnett finally made his way back to Minnesota to end his career and called it after the 2015/16 NBA season.
