Taylor Swift was removed from the legal case with Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni

Taylor Swift was removed from a legal case in which the actors Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni were involved after a summons published to the singer was withdrawn.

Lively and Baldoni, which ends in film in 2024, which it ends with us, are currently involved in a legal dispute. Live accused Baldoni of sexual harassment and a compression campaign.

Baldoni denied the allegations and submitted a counterclaim that LIVELY and her husband, actor Ryan Reynolds, accused civilian extortion and defamation.

As part of the legal proceedings, the Baldoni legal team issued lectures to Swift and their lawyers to maintain communication between Swift and Lively's legal representatives who are friends, according to Variety.

But the summons were dropped after Swift's legal team complained about the objections to an “unjustified fishing expedition”, said Variety.

The summons have been withdrawn since then. A LIVELY spokesman said that they were “pleased” with the decision and emphasized the support for the right team from Swift to contradict the request.

“We have supported Taylor's team's efforts to give up these inappropriate lectures aimed at their lawyer, and we will continue to stand up for third parties that are wrongly molested or threatened,” they said.

At the beginning of this month, the representatives of Swift stated that the attempt to involve them in the case apparently aims to create “Boulevard -Clickbait”.

The court order originally followed the allegations that Swift Baldoni had put pressure on accepting script changes through lively assumption. Swift's team denied this and said that she has no creative role in the film and was not involved in the casting or editing.

Baldoni had declared that he was invited to Livively's New York in 2023 to discuss script changes, where Lively's husband Ryan Reynolds and Swift were there to serve as a “dragon”.

In response to this, Swift's representative said: “She was not involved in a casting or creative decision” and “had never seen processing or notes about the film.”

Variety has now reported that the Baldoni lawyers used the summons to try to receive messages about an assertion that the representatives of LIVELY threatened to publish old text messages if Swift did not provide an explanation that supported them.

LIVELY's lawyers denied these allegations as “clear and demonstrably wrong”.

Lively's spokesman said: “The Baldoni and the Wayfarer team tried Taylor Swift, a woman who has been inspiring for tens of millions around the world since the first day.

“In view of the justification in front of a federal court, they folded. At some point, the distractions will assume the actual demands for sexual harassment and retaliation with which they are confronted.”

Baldoni provides lively and Reynolds about claims to civil blackmail, defamation and invasion of privacy.
