Remy -Bond channels the 1970s in 'Moviestar' Video: Watch Watch

The aspiring star will start your star -shaped baby tour next week

Remy Bond time trips in the 1970s and sings in her new video to a distant glamorous lover. On Friday, the up-and-coming pop star published the picture for “Moviestar” and continued their retro-inspired publications.

“I was in the 1970s to many Europe when we wrote 'Moviestar',” says Remy about the track, which was produced by Jules Apollinaire. “It has a lot of this diamond crowd that I love on these songs.”

The Frances O'Sullivan-staged video begins with a clip by Remy and her sister Olivia, the smooth vapes (a reference to the cheeky texts “But you vape, you vape, you vape”) before looking at a vintage clip of two people who perform the song in a TV show in the old school.

The video sees Remy and her sister in sparkling seventies inspired dresses and holds up retro microphones while pointing to the crowd, and Remy sings to a glamorous lover whose antes are more than confusing. “You are a film star/look into my eyes and tell me who you are,” she sings. “Only a minute as a superstar / it's a sunny day.”

The new route follows in the “Simple Girl” from February and is facing its star -shaped baby tour, which will start in Philadelphia next week before the country will go through the country in June. It will then be touring in Great Britain and Europe in July.
