Morocco presents the Commission to investigate the graduate trade scandal in Agadir

Rabat – The Ministry of Higher Education has announced a central inspection commission that you sent to the IBN Zohr University in Agadir to examine a controversy of the diploma trade that recently made headlines in the country.

This was done after an examination of the professor involved in the Master's degree -trading scandal.

According to reports, the arrest order came after the professor sold the university diplomas and the money certificates.

According to reports, several other suspects are involved and were asked about the case.

Ahmed Kailech, also a legal professor, should be the focus of the case, since he served as coordinator of the master's program for criminal systems and security government.

A person who had been sentenced to five years in prison for the purchase of his diploma discovered the professor's participation.

In particular, the investigators questioned “the dean, several faculty members and administrative staff in order to uncover irregularities in the attitude and evaluation processes,” reported LE360 and found that although the investigation focused on the law faculty, the commission did not rule out the investigation into other departments within the university.

Several previous reports have highlighted similar crimes.
