Questlove 'shocked' Kendrick Lamar, who honored the roots in 'Gnx' video

Kendrick Lamar is a student of the rap game, and Questlove was surprised that the west coast hip-hop hip-hop hip-hip hip-hip-hip-hip-hip-hip-hip assistant paid out the roots for the roots.

The root drummer passed The Jennifer Hudson Show On Thursday (May 22nd), where he opened himself from Lamar, which reproduces the scene from the 1999 “The Next Movement” video of the Philly Band with the olive open-room set of the “The Next Movement” Gnx visually.

“I was so shocked because people told me – I woke up to 30 K. Dot texts,” said Questlove. “I thought: 'Oh no.' He only dissolved us.

He continued to welcome point: “It is an honor, but it is also a surprise when you see the people who recognize them after all this time.”

While Hudson was surprised to see quests humility when it comes to the influence of the band, he explained that it was about that the roots are “not super mainstream, but we are niche, but we are not overexposed.

Produced by Sounwave and Jack Antonoff, “Streit Up” came up with Kendrick Lamar's Gnx Album in November. Just a few days later, on November 25th, a visual homage controlled by Cobelatic was published.

The Debbie Debie-Sampling-Hymn debut on the Billboard Hot 100 to give Lamar his fifth goal no. 1 and third place from 2024 at that time. Gnx led to a rule of the hot 100, with Lamar occupied the entire top 5. (“TV off” with Lefty Gunplay, “Luther” with Sza, “Wacced Out Murals” and “Hey Now” with Dody6 came in at No. 2-5).
