The police in Chicago Heights examines the death of a 1 month old boy

Cook County – – An investigation is underway after a 1 month old boy from Chicago Heights died on Thursday morning.

The Chicago Heights police authority said that the officials had replied to the St. James Hospital in Olympia Fields after they were called for a baby who suffered a medical emergency in a house in the 1400 block of Campbell Avenue.

The child identified as Dylan Martinez was declared dead at 8:45 a.m.

According to the Chicago Height police, your detective department examines the case in coordination with the office of the Cook County Medical Examiner and the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services.

An autopsy is still pending to determine the cause of death.
