Small children death NC | Fort Bragg's soldier was charged with murder of adoptive children who died in 2017 and 2018

Fort Bragg, NC (WTVD) – Almost eight years after two children died by a Fort -BRAGG soldier, there were some new legal developments in the study.

According to court documents, Anthony Rivera was charged on Monday, May 19, for murder to his two and three -year -old children Olivia and Michael.
