Your case remains unresolved.

The Cleveland police said a car hit Chelsea in E. 40th Street and Carnegie Ave in Cleveland at 1 a.m. at the Memorial Day 2015.

A monitoring camera has recorded a video of the dark four -door sedan.

The police said it was a 2000 or a newer model.

19 studies have coincided this case for years.

We spoke to Chelsea's family and checked with the police to see where the investigation is.

On a sunny, cool day, Chelsea's mother and grandmother put flowers on their grave.

“I love you so much and I miss you so much,” said her mother Annette Hill and cried.

“Sometimes it is difficult to know that your child is gone. And it's not justice for her,” she said.

In the past 10 years, the days for Chelsea's mother have been longing.

“This nightmare is never over as if I am still in this box. I can't go ahead,” she said.

“How can you go every day every day, get up in the morning and know that you killed a 14-year-old child? How can you live with yourself?” Said Hill.

The teenager ran away from home just a few days earlier.

Chelsea's family believes that there were witnesses when it happened who may know something.

They continue to call, but they say that they didn't hear much of the police.

Chelsea's mother imagines what could have been.

Her daughter would be 24 years old if she was still alive today.

“What kind of person would she be? What would she do now? Would she be married? Would she have graduated? Would she have children?” she said.

“All of these things, they are possible. But do you know what? I never get to know that because someone took them away,” said Hill.

Hill cannot bear to go to this cemetery to look at the grave of her youngest child.

“Please, put it in the heart of a person, someone's soul to report and say something, please,” she said.

But she continues to press and fight for answers for Chelsea.

“This is difficult. It is difficult. So everyone out there, please, if you know something, it is too long. Stop keep your mouth. Open and say something, please, that's all we ask about it, just justice, please,” said Hill.

The Cleveland police announced with 19 investigations that they are still looking for the vehicle that Chelsea met.

In this case, they said they had made extensive follow -up what was still active.
