The Last of Us: Clips from the final of the second season on Sunday are leaked online

Film material from the final of the second season of Sunday from The last of us has been leaked online and the fans reacted to at least one significant change how these events take place in the Naughty Dog video game. The last of us part II.

We are not sure whether the entire episode was released at any time, but the final was made available to people at an early stage who bought the season pass for the show via Apple. The episode – according to the title “Convergence” – was quickly removed before the intended date of the broadcast date on May 25, but not before clips circulated on social media.

spoiler consequences.

It looks as if the final Ellie covered the rest of Abby's friends (or at least Owen and Mel) and Abby to the abandoned theater in which Ellie, Dina, Jesse and Tommy are hidden to achieve their revenge. In the game, Abby Jesse kills and keeps her gun on Tommy and forces Ellie to throw her gun and face her.

At this point, the narrative shifted from ABBY's perspective when we follow her journey from Joels Mord to the theater standard.

The clips that we have seen (we will not share them here) play very similarly, but it looks as if Kaitlyn Devers are threatening Abby to kill Jesse, not Tommy, unless Ellie confronts her. However, the video plays music that could have been added to disguise processing so that it looks like Tommy was not involved in the scene.

Whatever happens in the episode of this week, there is no way to treat the remaining events of the video game, and showrunner Craig Mazin believes that a fourth season could be necessary to complete the story.

“I think there is a decent chance, the third season will be longer than the second season just because the type of this narrative and the opportunities we offer are somewhat different.” Mazin, who is also a director and writer on the show, told Collider. “The thing with Joel's death is that it is so effective. It is such a narrative atomic bomb that is difficult to turn away from it. We cannot really take a break and pull aside and make a bill and a Frank story.”

“I am not sure whether this will definitely apply to season 3. I think we will have a little more space there. But there is certainly no way to complete this story in a third season. Hopefully we will earn enough to come back and end it in a fourth place. This is the likely result.”
