New Orleans East Man has booked to help inmates, says NOPD | Crime/police

A man from New Orleans East was arrested after allegedly escaping inmates of the Justice Center Justice Center, the police department of New Orleans said.

The 28 -year -old Emmitt Weber was booked by the NOPDS Special Operations Tactical II Investigation team on Friday afternoon.

Weber was one of four inmates of a house in New Orleans East, who was suspected that they may have helped the escaped inmates, NOPD said on Friday. All four were arrested and Weber was then arrested.

Weber is at least the seventh person who was booked in connection with the support of those who broke out of prison on May 16. Since the pace of the fears of inmates slowed down, the arrests have increased. By Friday, five escaped inmates were still at large after Corey Boyd's recent arrest on Tuesday.

Kendell Myles, Robert Moody, Dkenan Dennis, Gary Price and Corey Boyd were arrested again and are recorded in the state of Louisiana without bond.

Antoine Massey, Lenton Vanburen, Jermaine Donald, Leo Tate and Derrick Grove remain at large.

Crimestoppers offers a reward of 2,000 US dollars per inmate for information that leads to an arrest, and the FBI offers a reward of 5,000 US dollars for tips that lead to the arrest of one of the occupants.
