The police asks the drivers to pay attention to motorcycles

Jonesboro, Ark. (Kait) – May is month of motorcycle security awareness, and the police ask the drivers to be more careful on the street.

This happened on Wednesday, May 21, two accidents with motorcycles in Jonesboro.

Sergeant Michael Bush drives a motorcycle for the Jonesboro Police Department. He said they always had to remain particularly aware of the street.

“When we drive back to a traffic light, we look behind ourselves to make sure that no vehicles hit us from the back. We make sure that we stop and make a distance so that we have a way if possible, and this is part of our training we do.

Bush added that those on the streets should always look for smaller things, because it may not be a motorcycle, it could be a person who works.
