The MPs of El Paso County arrested arrest on May 11 | Crimes and justice

Two men and a boy were recently arrested in connection with a shooting on May 11th in an apartment complex by Stratmoor Hills, in which a person was injured, according to the Sheriff of the El Paso County.

The MPs arrived on site and found a man with a gunshot wound on his leg. The victim was taken to a local hospital where he was treated for non -life -threatening injuries.

Court documents show that the victim told the police that he was addressed by three men who asked his name before attacking him physically. The victim said he tried to run away when he was shot into the background of the leg.

The investigators of the sheriff office carried out several search commands in connection with the shootout on May 16.

As a result of the examination, 38-year-old Nicholas Madrid Sr., 24-year-old Isaiah Marquez-Lobato and a youthful man were arrested.

All three for attempted first degree murder and first degree attack. Madrid and Marquez-Lobato were instructed to the El Paso County prison, and everyone is kept on a bond of $ 200,000. Marquez-Lobato is currently on probation for a non-related crime.

Arresting affidavit for both arrested men indicate a motive for the shootout. The affidavit states that the three attackers applied for the 25-year-old victim to harm him. The investigators say that the girlfriend of the victim – currently detained – has supposedly ordered the three attackers to violate the victim for retaliation for the sister's alleged domestic abuse.
