GBI examines the death of Georgia mother, child, the child

Aragon-Das Georgia Bureau of Investigation examines the death of a mother in Georgia and her 4-year-old daughter.

The GBI examines the death of a mother and four -year -old daughter at the request of the head of the Aragon police department, John Tortoso,. The agents received the request on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, around 2:30 p.m.

In the past, Aragon PD responded to a 911 call from a house in Block 20 in the Walnut Street, Aragon, Georgia. On arrival and after entering the house, officials and EMS employees discovered the corpses of a woman and a child.

GBI agents and officials from the Polk County Police Department began to process the scene and conduct interviews. After completing the scene examinations and interviews, they did not identify continuous threats to the community
