After three seasons, Amazon cancel the Prime Video series of time for the Prime Video series

The Prime video has stopped the bike of the time after Amazon canceled the series after the end of the third season.

Deadline reported that Prime Video had chosen the fourth season after the “long consultations” against the renewal of the bike. Apparently managers may like the show, but could not let it work financially.

The Wheel of Time is an adaptation of the popular fantasy book series, which is led by Robert Jordan equally with a cast of Rosamund Pike. After a shaky first two seasons in which fans of the books were in turmoil due to controversial changes from the starting material, season 3 seemed to win the fan base and set up the show for even better things.

The fans of the show will be particularly disappointed when the story of The Wheel of Time can be told. However, it seems that the bike of the time for the co-producers Sony Pictures TV and Amazon MGM Studios has cost too much, the latter of which also the super expensive to the Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power.

As the deadline expressed:

… The total performance of the third season was not strong enough compared to the cost of the show for Prime video, and the streamer could not bring it after the examination of various scenarios and the compliance with discussions with the Lead Studio Sony TV.
