USA against New Zealand Women's Rugby Highlights and Summary

Despite the American women's eagles who took the first tour, the New Zealand Black Ferns took it and never looked back when they had demolished their competition in a 79:14 win on May 23 and until the early morning on May 24th.

Portia Woodman BlackLiffe led the black ferns in a self-confident performance, in which they broke the record of all time after seven goals in the matchup. Woodman wrapping has now accumulated 45 attempts in just 26 games and helped New Zealand with the requirement of the Pacific Four Series Trophy.

Freda Tafuna and Hope Rogers made the only two attempts for the Eagles, one in the first six minutes and another 28 minutes, but the connections were short.

New Zealand led 20 points at half -time and dominated in the second, received seven unanswered attempts and looked unscathed. The US defense seemed to be helpless, took 18 line breaks and gave New Zealand a lot of space to enable magic.

With the victory, the black ferns keep their historical stripes over the Eagles, since the USA has not defeated New Zealand in the rugby of women since 1991.

The Black ferns also recover the title of the Pacific Four Series after needing a 25-point victory against Best Canada, which previously defeated Australia with 45: 7.
