Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 classic

Just when they thought that the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 Lecks have calmed down, a 3D render gave us a clear view of the previous smartwatch in the upcoming smartwatch.

Images from the reliable onleaks offer a detailed view of the alleged Galaxy Watch 8 Classic, which again indicates that the line for generation 2025 is revived.

The most important snack? The beloved physical rotating bezel seems to be returning after it has been excluded from the last series (possibly in favor of the Ultra model of the Galaxy Watch).

However, instead of sitting in a traditional round case like the Watch 6 Classic, it is integrated in a clearly square, pillow -shaped housing that is strongly reminiscent of the brand's ultra (and the equipment from 2017).

It is an unexpected fusion that apparently tries to mix the tactile satisfaction of the rotating bezel with the more robust, modern aesthetics of the ultra.

The renders show a device with 46 x 46.5 x 14.2 mm, which is particularly thick and indicates a considerable battery or sensor array. It retains two physical buttons next to the bezel and seems to offer the proprietary band system from Samsung.

More questions than answers

This leak has several questions like similar questions that have arisen in the past few weeks. If the classic takes on the form of the ultra, what does that mean for a potential Galaxy Watch Ultra 2?

Will Samsung offer two “Squircle” hooks, or does this classic effectively replace the ultra this year? Will users take this hybrid design, or does it feel like an unpleasant compromise?

As always, we have to wait for all of these questions (and of course whether this leak is correct) until Samsung's next Galaxy event is unpacked. This was previously rumored for mid -July, so we will probably not wait long to see if it will be a vision of a reality.
